REBORN!

Bring back the respect projetct, games and even engines from RPG Maker 2000 used to have. At least in Brazil.
RM2k is definately better than the recent ones, but only a few notice it.
They always says about RGSS “offsetting”, but actually, between you and I, if it really compensates that much, the best games wouldn’t be developed mostly on RM 2k/3.

I mean, a good game, and the best ones, they’re product of a good work, nevertheless of its engine, but on its creator.
Also, if you want to study, RMXP is the worst start. Do you know why? Do you want to know why?

Look, we’re all creators. Programmers. We need to understand programmation’s logic and, even if you learn RGSS, it’s a backgrounded script, only used on RMXP.
If you edit the 2k/3/XP/VX executable with an HEX Editor or a VBasic on 2k/3, you should learn a lot about computer programmation.
Plus, eventing works directly with the programmation’s logic. This one, yes, is the fundamental one.

I know a lot of people will disagree, altough, what I really want isn’t changing anyone’s mind.

Well, actually I do. And I want to change everyone’s mind.
I want people to stop looking only on XP/VX sessions, in any RM community, or creating communities with only those ones.
I want people to know that 2k/3 are good, and there are good games coming from them.

Just as any creator, who creates something on 2k/3 doesn’t want it to be played only by the ones who keep loving the 2k/3, also, to release the game to everyone. That’s why I’m here for. Not only as a creator, but as someone who wants to see everyone playing from everyone.

I see and play project on XP/VX, why can’t you guys do the same with 2k/3?

Until that, you might come here many times as you want, but probabbly it’ll look like unfinished or something like that. We definetely recommend you to wait we start publishing and marketing it, it’s the proof that it’s finished.
